Appointments

I am currently still working online. It still delivers well-being coaching really effectively to clients, whilst they can enjoy the convenience of being able to meet up from wherever they are. However I appreciate it isn’t for everyone.

I also offer outdoor coaching locally for those who get the benefits to sessions of being and walking outdoors in nature (and cafe meet ups for rainy days!).

I have recently returned to the Active Business Centre, in Bury St Edmunds on Tuesdays so I can offer face to face office appointments to clients as well.

Sessions are 1 hour long.

I only offer weekday appointments as a rule but have a few evening slots available.

My fees are £65 a session, which includes interim email support.
